Problem:

A client wanted to do a mud room addition.  Initially planning to hire a handyman friend to manage the project.

Once it was determined the handyman wasn’t able to tackle the project, they reached out to me for help.

Solution:

The client already had architectural plans, so we started by reviewing their plans and listening to their thoughts.

We then presented them with an estimate, schedule and explaining the Plan Rebuild process.  This included weekly budget and schedule updates, as well as daily email, text and face to face communication to work through questions and challenges.
