Finished Basement Flooring

Challenge:

We recently finished an older basement in a Prairie Village home.  The basement took on a small amount of water in a couple of areas.  We addressed the water issues but our client’s were still concerned they may one day return or that they may have issues in another area in the future.  

Solution:

We determined the best and safest option was to do polished concrete floors.  With the client putting in large area rugs as desired.  It turned out to be a beautiful finished basement with no stress about potential future water issues.
